The inaugural edition of Première Vision Sport, held on August 14 and 15 in Portland, Oregon, got the collective thumbs up from American and Canadian buyers.
The turnout — with some 2,200 professionals specialised in sports and athleisure attending the show — as well as the calibre of the visiting brands were both highly appreciated by the 58 sportswear specialists brought over by Première Vision for the event, held alongside and in partnership with The Materials Show, the leader of sports footwear material & component sourcing.
Aside from a solid attendance from the major local players — given Portland’s strategic positioning as home to the headquarters of brands, Première Vision Sport also attracted key buyers based in Florida, New York, Montreal and Vancouver. PREMIÈRE VISION SPORT:

Première Vision Sport will present its first edition in August 14th and 15th, 2019 in Portland. 58 top companies from 15 countries are registered for the upcoming show.
They will bring an extensive variety of products. Among them, synthetic and natural materials, performance fabrics: reflective, anti-UV, anti-bacterial, fast drying, thermal, windproof, etc.
To discover those specific properties buyers will be guided by PV Performance Codes. These pictograms convey to visitors the invisible and non-tactile qualities and performance features of products.
The latest innovations in trimming will also be displayed thanks to accessories producers.
Original prints and patterns, custom prints and reworked vintage will be brought by designs studios.
This Première Vision offer of exhibitors comes in addition to some 300 exhibitors present at THE MATERIALS SHOW. Première Vision is organized simultaneously and in partnership with the leader of sports footwear material & component sourcing.
